All that lore buildup behind miquella in the main game not included and didnt even mentioned of them. After all those trailers, i was expecting a great questline about him or directly from him, or at least some dialogue with him that can maybe change the ending of the dlc and makes us learn more about characters who were close to him. Fighting radahn again was a great dissappointment for me, and even if it was a surprise for me to see him i rolled my eyes unintentionally bc i was waiting something more exciting or maybe creative. The main game made some people and me expect more from Miquella, not seeing him on the shoulders of a known boss for a short cutscene and only the second phase of that boss, and people were right, for he was the most mysterious character all the time.

@@bruhington look up some of the datamine content leaks, the DLC got HEAVILY REWRITE (dark souls 3 again) for some example, miquella in base game got heavily hype up to be some anti outer gods weapon and presumably the most "human" demigod out there that genuienly cared about the common people. but we got? incest for some fricking reason and ZERO MENTION OF MALENIA and why did he sent malenia to fight radhan to say "your consort is waiting for you" and THEN ABADONED HER FOR ?????????, remember the whole character of miquella is about trying to cure his sister from the rot and the main reason why he created the haligtree, but in the DLC, ZERO MENTION WHATS THE FINAL PURPOSE OF THE HALIGTREE, ABADONED MALENIA AND THEN LET FINLAY CARRY ALL THE WAY FROM CAELID TO HALIGTREE JUST SO HE CAN HAVE GAY INCEST SEGS WITH RADAHN??????? I have never seen such a character assasination as bad as miquella, not to mention the prutric knight was originally called Gloam queen knights, metyr having GEQ symbol on its eyes and all the gloam stuff in multiple different armours description, this WAS the GEQ expansion but got cut for some reason??? the only good thing about this DLC is the dragon civil war, GEQ was an elden lord at one point, the lands between before the erdtree was the actually the afterlife ruled by an ancient unnamed death god (hence the fuck ton of death bird rites), marika home town, greater will confirmed to be a much higher being, confirming the BEST ending is indeed goldmask not ranni as previously thought, ranni is a yandere and shabiri kinda proven right

​@@RobuxTix GoT season 8 all over again. Poor miquella had such a wasted potential. It is just funny when you think about it, when we look miyazakis lore writing in previous titles, it feels like he didnt took part in dlc's lore lmao. Geq didnt mentioned, godskins didnt, Malenia and Haligtree and other many things didnt mentioned, its like a joke. Now i only know that Miquella wants to sleep with radahn since the start. I think im losing it. Also, i saw some tweets that saying miquella was to return to his sister after his ascension to godhood, but im not sure what is the source of it.

@@bruhington the miquella curing his sister after godhood is pure headcanon although probally the most accurate too because leaving malenia alone for (persumably) thousands of years after nuking caelid is dumb, literally undercuting finlay sacrifice and Out-of-character for miquella after created so much for her to cure her sickness to just leave her alone to then mind control mohg to kidnap himself just so he could go the shadow realm and have homo segs with radhan who consent AFTER getting mind controlled for who to blame for the shit radhan-miquella lore, i think grrm the most cause remember there was some interview back in january this year, that miyazaki explained that all the new story is based on unused grrm lore that couldnt be fit in, and i HEAVILY SUSPECT miquella is gay for radahn because he was nice to him when they were little STINKS grrm, i dont believe miyazaki planned radhan to be the final boss too, there must be some heavy revision midway in the DLC development cycle based on the fact that some areas are just straight up empty unlike base game which has always some secret path or message here and there
